As _**Administration and Customer Service Assistant**_ at Kensa Contracting your role will be to assist and support the Operations team on projects throughout the UK. You will play a vital role in dealing with callouts from clients across multiple schemes and allocating resources when required.

You will be a part of a fast-growing business with support from an excellent well established team.

Your role will include (but not be limited to):

- Providing a high level of project support to the Operations team.
- Helping maintain and update all digital and hard copies of client files.
- Helping maintain and update all digital and hard copies of project files.
- Analysing content to ensure compliance.
- Handling incoming callouts from clients and distributing to engineers as necessary.
- Record and track trends on incoming callouts to relay to the Project managers as necessary.
- Handling occasional office interactions with outside visitors.
- Work closely with the Technical Support Team, maintaining good communication channels at all times.
- Developing a clear understanding of non-compliance process.
- Manage your workload and prioritise responses accordingly.
- Be a positive ambassador of Kensa at all times.
- Work in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and to follow all company procedures and guidelines which assist this.
- To undertake such other duties as maybe requires within the general scope of the job.

We are looking for an individual who can think outside of the box and is willing to learn. This is a critical role that will assist in the growth of our customer service team. This is a fast-paced role so previous experience would be a plus, but a willingness to learn means more. You will need to have broad administration experience and a passion to succeed as a valued member of the wider Operations Team.

EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-years' experience in an administrative role.
- Strong and proven positive customer service skills.

EDUCATION

5 GCSE's or equivalent including English and Maths. Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Able to work within the wider operations department.
- Good skills in IT, on a practical level.
- A good understanding of CRM platforms.
- Able to identify process inefficiencies, and highlight these with your line manager.
- Able to take notes during meetings.
- Able to confidently present updates to the wider business.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bradford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
