To work in a multi-agency setting, particularly with male survivor groups and services, to
**The Role ** provide a pro-active service to male victims of sexual violence and domestic abuse within and outside of the criminal justice system. The post holder will work pro-actively to risk assess and support client needs and develop a comprehensive support plan to help keep victims safe. The key to the success of this role is the use of advocacy and partnership working skills to ensure male victims are supported throughout the criminal justice system from report to court, and to access services to which they are entitled.

The post holder will also be required to work with Lime Culture to develop accreditation for male standards to ensure First Light are promoting access for male victims/survivors.

They will have a commitment to providing a high quality, victim-focused and inclusive service as outlined in the Victim Code of Practice.

The post holder will need to be highly motivated, flexible and able to work unsupervised on a day-to-day basis.

This role will primarily be based in Wiltshire, however, there will be a requirement for travel across Swindon & Wiltshire, therefore, access to own transport is essential.
