Customer Service Administrator

**WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS**
**CUSTOMER RETURN ADMIN**
Allocate RMA’s on the internal system
Equipment to be unpacked and inspected on arrival
Customer to be notified of arrival and provided with regular update of repair progress
Parts required by engineers to be picked from stores and issued as required
Repair quotations to be provided to customer
Despatch paperwork to be raised when ready to return (Delivery Note/Commercial Invoice where applicable/Box Label)
**STOCK RETURN ADMIN**
Obtain RMA from the Supplier.
Log on internal system and maintain updates.
Unit to be packed safely and relevant paperwork raised.
Courier to be booked for collection.
Follow up with supplier for regular updates on progress
Unpack and visually inspect goods on return from supplier.
**CUSTOMER ORDER ADMIN**
Create Purchase Orders for consumables as required by the Purchasing Manager.
All paperwork to be filed during the Purchase Order life cycle.
**STORES / GOODS IN**
Receive incoming freight, unpack, verify all present and in good condition. Validate serial numbers and goods inspection where applicable.
Stock to be located in the stock room or on the Inspection shelf. Labels to be printed with part code and serial number where relevant.
Goods receipt to be actioned on MRP system.
Any other duties as assigned
