**Overview**

New opportunity on a part time basis - Ideally 5 days a week 10am - 2pm - flexible. To join a quiet tech company in an administrative function. Provide administration and logistics support for the Tech Office.

**Service Administrator - About The Role**
- Allocation of technical enquiries, which will be supported by the Manager Tech Office or Service Engineers.
- Handle and process incoming and outgoing deliveries, including packing/unpacking and creation of necessary shipping documents.
- Process quotations, service orders, purchase orders and invoices on ERP system.
- General filing and paperwork tasks required for efficient management of the Tech Office.

**The successful Service Administrator will have**:

- Experience of working in a busy order processing department.
- Experience of customer service.
- The ability to manage/organise own workload and communicate effectively to be a part of the Tech Office team.
- The ability to display a high level of initiative to contribute to the on-going continuous improvement of best office practice.
- Experienced user of an ERP system (SAP experience preferred).
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in office administration with proven ability to produce clear accurate reports.
- Good communication skills for handling telephone calls.
