**About The Role**:
We’re looking for a Patagonia Content Assistant and an Antarctica Content Assistant to help manage online digital content, and support us in our ambition to be recognised as the ultimate guidebook of the 21st century. These brand new, exciting roles will work closely with our Product Managers, Heads of our destinations, Digital Optimisation Manager and our Marketing Communications Team to maintain, improve and refine content across our two websites (Antarctica & Patagonia) - which sit at the heart of Swoop. They will ensure our written content channels maintain a consistent style and tone, for a seamless customer experience from the moment a customer first enquires to the moment they depart for their trip.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and improving our suite of trip, voyage, hotel, ship & excursion pages for potential customers
- Loading and managing accuracy/validity of special offers
- Creating content to enhance the customer journey
- Implementing updates to our guidebook pages based on internal feedback and requests
- Creating and managing our content for our booked customers, including webpages, blog posts, illustrated guides and automated communications
- Supporting with the creation and management of content for booked customers within our Adventure Planner, including managing our ‘My Travel Guide’
- Reviewing our customer feedback and adding it to our website
- Creating biography pages for our sales and customer service team members
- Managing our image database and improving website imagery
- Working with individuals to update our websites with new insights and to help draft blog posts
- Creating of ship & hotel specific videos following inspection visits
- Liaising with partners to get up-to-date product, image & pricing requests
- Assisting the Product Managers with collating destination information into our Knowledge Database
- Ensuring that our partner database is kept up-to-date
- Implementing SEO recommendations

**About You**:

- A creative wordsmith
- Organised and rigorous, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- An eye for photography and visual aesthetics
- Proactive can-do attitude, capable of working to strict deadlines
- A multi-tasker, that can prioritise effectively
- You love a challenge and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic, work environment
- Ideally experience of working with at least one CMS or a blog-writing platform such as WordPress or Squarespace
- Demonstrable keen interest in travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
