Project Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Project Support**: Assist project managers in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects. This includes preparing and maintaining project documentation, project schedules, and reports.
- ** Administrative Duties**: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing correspondence related to projects.
- ** Documentation**: Ensure all project documents are accurately maintained and ensure adherence to company and project standards.
- ** Communication**: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and the seamless flow of information.
- ** Budgeting Support**: Assist with project budgeting and expense tracking to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure project compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- ** Resource Coordination**: Coordinate the allocation of resources and assist with logístical arrangements for project activities.

**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**: Proven experience (1-3 years) in project administration or a similar role, preferably within an construction envioronment.
- ** Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
