**About the role**

We are looking for a confident Group Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Based at our Leatherhead retailer, you will be working with the group heads of department along with the Sales and Aftersales managers.

**What we need you to do**

The role is all about driving customer lifetime value throughout engaging communications with our prospects and customers.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Assisting with marketing planning, budgeting, measurement and reporting against targets.
- Online and offline marketing.
- Maintaining and updating the company website.
- Social media management and implementing marketing campaigns across the group’s platforms.
- Understanding brand guidelines and ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Identifying opportunities based on the current market and stock availability.
- Working to tight deadlines with regular updates to senior management.
- Events planning, organisation and communications.
- Maintain customer database. Creating and analysing reports to ensure all sales opportunities are being managed correctly.
- Liaising with departmental managers regarding their individual requirements.
- Visiting our various sites on a monthly basis maintaining relationships with departmental managers.

**About you**
- A relevant degree or A-Level course would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in marketing or sales would be desirable.
- You will require strong written communication skills to produce high quality content.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- You’re a natural self-starter and a strong multitasker with a high attention to detail.
- Interested in the automotive sector.

**Technical Skills**

While we don’t expect you to know how to code, you’ll need to be tech-savvy and willing to learn new technical skills on your own behalf.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Social Advertising.
- Good understanding of paid search and best practice.
- Familiar with CRM systems (We operate Pinnacle.)

Salary dependent on experience.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
