About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Communications Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and communications team at Wates Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our business goals and contributing to the success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage our target audience and drive business growth.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  • Optimize digital content for SEO, user experience, and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Provide design support using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Generate reports and metrics to demonstrate the success of marketing campaigns.
