Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, we are hiring for Service Support Agents to join our Service support team. The Miele Service team are an award-winning service delivery function, supporting the needs of our domestic customers in their homes
Our Service Support Agents are required to deliver excellence in customer service through direct interaction customers through their lifecycle.
You will be required to achieve quality and activity targets which contribute to the overall achievement of the department and ensure that our service agents in the field are able and equipped to meet the needs of the customers.

**About the role**
The role will ensure that customer queries, problems and questions are answered to a high standard and efficiently to enable a brilliant customer experience. There will also be a number of administration tasks relating to our service partners.
We deliver a quality experience to our customers driven by people who are passionate about the consumer experience.
Queries could include:
- Miele appliance issues where you would offer first line support, using the relevant tools and technology available
- Assisting customers in setting up a service repair when unable to solve technical issues
- Complete customer requests for concerning sales orders, service orders or appliance needs.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
In addition to this you will be involved in scheduling of Miele Technicians and ordering required parts and equipment for them to resolve and maintain our customers appliances.
**About you**
You will bring previous experience of working in administration and customer service with the ability to build rapport and trust to drive credibility and confidence in what is required. The job role will require independence and problem solving abilities and a willingness to adapt to customers needs.
Most importantly you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to affectively multi-task. IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results.
**Your hours of work will be based on a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days each week.**
You may be asked to work flexibly within these hours and days to accommodate the operational requirements of the business. Initially, your hours of work will be arranged between the hours of 0800 and 18.00 Monday to Friday
We offer a **full time salary up £25,986** plus an evolving pay, bonus and benefits package. The role is office based initially, with an opportunity to then work in a hybrid pattern once you have established your knowledge and capability in the role.
