Looking for a Part Time flexible administration role with great pay and homeworking?

Look no further.

Our Client, a leading business based in York City Centre are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to support with the administration and management of learners on training programmes.

Working Part time 22 hours a week across 5 days but home based. Hours can be split over the week, minimum of 3 hours a day. Occasional business meetings in York City Centre.

**Salary** - £27,000 FTE which will be pro-rated.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Training programme scheduling and training room bookings
- Trainer travel & accommodation booking
- Adjusting training materials and liaising with printer in the production of training materials
- Learner onboarding, tracking and management
- Dealing with customer enquires
- Liaison with existing and potential customers to secure new or additional business
- Documenting processes
- Basic Bookkeeping (Full internal training will be provided)

**Attributes Required**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS packages, able to produce spreadsheets, reports and presentations,
- Minimum 3+ years administrative experience.
- Professional telephone manner
- Attention to Detail.
