We are looking for two Property Inventory Clerks who have a proactive approach and are committed to developing their skills.

As an Inventory Clerk, you will complete property inspections on empty residential dwellings by inputting data into a handheld mobile device. This will include creating a full record of the property’s fixtures, fittings, and contents, documenting the condition of the property, and recording meter readings. The reports will be created at the start and end of the tenancy to provide evidence that can be used in the even of a deposit dispute. You will need to make decision on the improvement actions that need to be taken during an inspection and manage your time effectively to meet client needs. You will also need to build sustainable professional relationships with clients, communicate the outcomes of the inspections to them and resolve any queries or complaints they may have.

We want Inventory Clerks who are:

**Working hours**: 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. The days and times you need to work will vary. Core working hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm but during busy periods, you will be expected to work outside these hours. There will be a compulsory increase in working hours during September to meet seasonal demand. You may be required to work some bank holidays, but you will receive a day off in lieu to compensate.

**Essential**
- GCSE English, level 6 to 9, or equivalent

**Desirable**
- GCSE ICT, level 4 to 9, or equivalent
- GCSE Business Studies, level 4 to 9, or equivalent
- NVQ Level 2 Administration, or equivalent
- A full driving licence, with access to their own transport.

**Skribes Apprenticeship Programme**

The Skribes Apprenticeship Pathway is designed to accelerate your career progression within the organisation by giving you the knowledge, skills, behaviours and experience you need to move into a management position. You will join the programme on a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Once you have successfully completed the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to progress onto a higher-level apprenticeship or complete a bespoke management training programme.

During the apprenticeship, you will:

- Work with a Training and Development Coach to develop a professional development plan that is personalised to your needs.
- Attend monthly, online, Masterclasses on topics such problem solving, customer service and delivering results.
- Receive 1:1 support from Coaches who have significant experience of being a customer services adviser within the financial sector.
- Get six-hours of study time, per week.
- Be able to attend workshops and guest speaker seminars.
