**Please note, this role is a University Placement from 2024 - 2025.**

**Job description - Recruitment Consultant Sandwich Placement**

If you like the idea of managing and developing client relationships, helping graduates start their career, whilst learning the core skills to becoming a high-achieving sales professional, then this is a great opportunity for you.

**Key responsibilities - Recruitment Consultant Sandwich Placement**
- Working to daily and monthly KPI targets and ensuring you are delivering on project deadlines
- Building your commercial knowledge of sectors and roles within the world of early careers
- Ensuring all administration is up to date daily - our top revenue generators are both great communicators and exceptionally organised
- Becoming an expert in your field and keeping tabs on industry hiring trends and news
- Attending client briefing calls (and meetings when possible) to understand the nature of the roles you are working on and strengthen business ties
- Identifying and researching new business prospects and working in conjunction with the Consultants to further expand our network

**Job requirements - Recruitment Consultant Sandwich Placement**
- **You must currently be studying at university, looking for a placement year across 2024- 2025 before heading back to university**:

- Evidence of having worked in a busy client-centric environment - we are ideally looking for someone who has prior experience within sales and has evidence hitting and exceeding targets
- Top organisational skills - you will be supporting a team of busy Consultants who will brief you on up to 12 roles at any one time
- A positive mindset and self-motivation - you’ll need to be competitive and money motivated, whilst being able to bounce back and adapt to rejections
- Excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills - the ability to adapt and cope well with unexpected problems, to work through issues and around any objection
- High level of empathy - showing empathy creates great relationships - showing you understand their unique challenges and perspectives

- A great starting salary of £25,000 + bonus for hitting your targets
- Hybrid working model; we will ensure you get set up with your own company laptop when you are required to work from home. You will work from home on Mondays & Fridays but will be required to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- We take your personal and professional development seriously - thanks to our regular reviews we help you to put together your own plan for how you would like to develop professionally during the placement period as well as also providing an internal structured training plan as well as access to external training sessions from leading recruitment experts
- We close between Christmas and New Year, and those days won’t come out of your holiday allowance
- Your birthday day off - birthdays are for treating yourself so we make sure you relax and have the day off work
