Recruitment Consultant required for growing Construction Recruitment company in Canary Wharf.

**The Company**

The business focus on White Collar Construction, have a new blue collar division starting soon and are also expanding into the USA and other international locations ASAP. The team has grown to just under 10 people in a couple of years and they are keen to add a couple more people this year.

**The Role**
- This is a 360 recruitment role hiring into White Collar Construction in the UK. You will be hiring roles like Site Managers, Architects, Project Managers, Supervisors, Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors. Essentially anything senior in a construction life cycle that is skilled and office based not a trade.
- This is hiring permanent professionals on around 40k to 100k salaries into UK based companies.
- You will be responsible for working with existing clients and picking up new clients.
- You will be required to attend site visits, visiting construction sites to meet clients and talk about their needs and projects.

- Everyone has a mindset of personal growth and development, the whole company are given training on a Friday for a couple of hours, not just trainees, even if you join with lots of experience you will continue to push yourself to improve.
- The company is backed by a recruitment investment group with multi millions to invest in their businesses, with access to immediate growth backing this is a great company to join that is set to continue its growth.
- 10% commission up to £50k (for the half year) then 30% on everything over £50k. So if you bill over £50K in 6 months you would get 30% on everything that’s above £50K. (For resourcer - or if you are working someone elses role, you will get 5% commission up to £50K billings and 15% after this point).
- No threshold or desk fees, earn 10% from your first deal.
- Average placement is around £8k-£10k, so average £900 commission per placement, sometimes higher on the 10% structure. Once you’ve billed £50K for the half year you would then take about £3K in commission for a placement on a QS for example.
- If someone billed £300k they'd make circa £70k in commission alone so very high earning potential long term after Resourcing and training is completed.
- Lovely office location in Canary Wharf.
- 4 days a week in the office and 1 from home.

**Requirements**:

- Any level of previous experience in recruitment, enough to know that you are good at it and want to stay in the industry, the manager can teach you the rest.
- It would be amazing to take someone with Perm recruitment experience but contract and temp will also be considered
- You must have a strong interest in pushing yourself and developing
- You must be sure that you will receive a good line manager reference from your last employer and that you can prove or that reference can back up your billing figures - most clients are asking for this at the moment so please ensure you have this ready/ that you are confident you will be able to obtain this.
