**Life Sciences Recruitment Consultant**

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for the life sciences industry? Are you looking to start a career in recruitment? We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

The Client:

- A degree in life sciences with a 2:2 or higher.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Motivation to climb the career ladder.
- Drive to earn above-average trainee/graduate job compensation.
- Organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

- Headhunting top talent for open positions.
- Reviewing and identifying strong CVs.
- Creating and posting job advertisements.
- Delivering and finalising job offers.
- Earning commission for successful placements.

The Package:
Location: London

1st Year OTE: £24,000 (basic salary) - £40,000

2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000

3rd Year OTE: £70,000 - £100,000
