37 hours per week, term-time plus one week (39 weeks per year)

**Role Purpose**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly-functioning and supportive team providing pastoral support to a specific year group. You will be an integral part of the support network for students, playing a vital role in building relationships, liaising with parents, carers and other professionals and external organisations.

You will take part in meetings, assemblies, one to one and small group support arrangements and provide a 'safe space' for the students within your year group to access support, guidance and a 'listening ear', in line with individual needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Level 2 in English and maths is essential

Experience of working within a pastoral role within a secondary school or similar setting would be advantageous, but is not essential.
