Your remit will include:

  • Accountable for creating a digital marketing plan to support and drive commercial success on all products
  • Develop a customer value proposition for all products and systems
  • Accountable for the social media strategy, adapting content to multiple languages with an awareness of cultural diversity. Management of the delivery and content of all streams including blogs
  • Responsible for the look, feel and user experience of the website. Meeting the needs of fleets, drivers and locations in addition to wider brand awareness. Adapting to cultural diversity and language differences where required
  • To liaise with the relevant senior management to gain additional customer insight and agree activity that delivers the business objectives and targets for the financial year and 3-year plan
  • Analysis and planning of business growth opportunities, in line with the company’s vision to contribute to the delivery of incremental profit for the business.
  • Lead and support the marketing team (of five heads) to evaluate, review and improve the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Accountable for mapping out the end-to-end customer journey and responding to customer feedback
  • Management of, and the delivery of the ROI on industry events. Use effective data collective and feedback methodology
  • Management of international agencies extracting full value and gaining the required ROI
  • Strategy to improve brand awareness in all sectors and geographical trading areas

    You:


    • Proven experience of working in a senior B2B Marketing role and managing a team
    • Experience of managing large budgets (£500k+)
    • Ideally experience of selling into Europe/overseas
    • Strong digital and brand building skillset
    • Integrity and the drive to grow and succeed
