With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King's Lynn, and Norwich, our latest site in Bury St Edmunds opened in July.


We are now looking to enhance our Senior sales management team across the Group and are recruiting a Head of Business for our Kings Lynn branch, home of Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, JEEP, Renault, Dacia and Isuzu.


You will have full responsibility and accountability for the sites New Car, Used Car, Service and Parts Operations at this multi franchise business.


About you:

You will have:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be expected to:

  • Strategically achieve and strive to exceed all sales objectives, by coaching and developing a highly professional and motivated sales team to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations
  • Work effectively with the brands to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained at all times, whilst building colleague retention.
  • Control costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives
  • Drive the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
  • Consistently improve customer satisfaction
  • Handle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
  • Work with the Sales and Aftersales Managers to ensure a smooth running of the dealership
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration and operational data complying at all times with standards and dealership reporting policies.
  • Ensure all employment, FCA, environmental, Health and Safety, GDPR and Trading Standards policies and practices and statutory legislation are strictly adhered to.
