Head Therapist

Mosaic Spa & Health Clubs are looking for a highly motivated Head Therapist to join the team at Imagine Spa Knights Hill near Kings Lynn.

As Head Therapist, you will provide a friendly and professional service, and work alongside the team of spa therapists in offering a wide range of top-rate specialist treatments. You will support your manager in building and growing the team, as well as assessing their on-going training needs.

There will also be some general reception / administration responsibilities, as well as assisting with creating monthly offers, promotions and marketing of the spa.

Working with your manager, you will be driven to maximising spa revenue, ensuring careful diary management and being proactive in upselling of spa treatments and retail products. The Head Therapist will be prepared to lead by example in all areas, including ensuring that the spa is kept clean and well maintained at all times.

This position is busy and varied and would suit someone who is able to work on their own initiative and may already have some experience of leading a small team. The successful applicant will be passionate about achieving high standards of work whilst providing excellent customer service at all times. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as a willingness to gain further knowledge of the spa business.

**Experience**:

- Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) (required)
