I am currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a leading service provider of Industrial Gases, LPG and equipment to a variety of industry sectors in the UK. This is an on-site role Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) based in Smethwick.

Role:

- Dealing with customer orders, requests, enquiries via telephone and over the trade counter
- Process cash and card payments over the counter and reconciles banking
- Develops and maintains knowledge of products, services and systems as required
- Take initiative by informing regular customers of new products or services and price changes
- Listen to and resolve customer's complaints regarding products or services

Skills required:

- Confident and clear communication skills across all contact channels
- Demonstrated ability of working within a fast paced, customer facing environment, maintaining high levels of customer service
- Trade counter experience
- Adaptable to learn new systems
- Microsoft office experience
- Knowledge of engineering and welding processes and requirements is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
