Our Client is a leading player in the automotive industry and in need of an experienced Service Advisor (Counter Sales).
02nd May, 2024Have you got a background in Motor Factor or parts distribution if so this role may be for you. Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to process Counter Sales in an automotive setting. This role is customer facing and requires a candidate that can offer customers the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking to purchase car parts over the counter, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the purchasing process.
- Liaise effectively with various departments to promptly and efficiently meet customer needs, including checking stock availability and recommending appropriate parts/components.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently for both individual customers and contract clients, ensuring all paperwork is completed in adherence to company standards.
- Support the development and growth of the customer base by providing personalised service and expert advice on Car Parts and Motor Factors.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement and addressing customer concerns proactively.
- Handle warranty issues and claims with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by the business to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
