Part-time Sales Administrator

Solwise have an exciting opening for a Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their team. You will be working in the sales team and coordinating with other colleagues.
As a Sales Administrator you will covers Sales order processing. This entails processing the order, creating despatch notes through to invoicing customers on our in-house bespoke sales order processing system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with the couriers
General admin, organising and filing away important documents
Creating and processing stationery orders
Process bank payments
Assist with some month-end routines
Credit Control for account customers
Other tasks may be required when instructed by the manager
