This role is **Hybrid** Working (3 Days in Belfast City Centre (State of the Art Office) + 2 days Working From Home)

This is a Monday - Friday position. **Permanent** role.

**Salary**
£24,000- £27,000 + **Progression Opportunities** & Global Benefits Package

**Responsibilities**

As a Digital & Marketing Technology Senior Assistant, you will work as part of the Digital Marketing Technology team operating from the firm’s Shared Support Services Centre in Belfast. You will act as a primary workflow point of contact, triaging and managing incoming instructions to the team and also support with the delivery of projects and business as usual activities for the firm’s digital channels and marketing technology systems.

This is a varied and exciting role, in which you will also assist with the forward planning of campaigns in addition to updating articles on public websites and the intranet. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in various projects on the Marketing Technology roadmap.

**The Ideal Person**
- Degree in Marketing or Business related degree is essential
- Previous BD or Marketing experience in a professional services environment is preferred
- Experience working with key stakeholders and managing client expectations.
- Experience using or managing a workflow system to triage and assign out work (Microsoft Dynamics desirable).
- Experience of working with data and an understanding of how marketing information systems and processes work.
- Experience of web analytics packages (e.g. Google Analytics and SiteImprove).
- Good understanding of data management and analytical principles and processes.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
