**About Princes Gate**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively promoting positive behaviours around individual and safety of others by practising and challenging unsafe actions and praising good safety. This includes 3PL HGV Drivers.
- To work as a member of a team to achieve Logistics goals and performance targets by performing system and administrative tasks to run the shift operation.
- Deal face to face with drivers.
- Ensure that all ‘Goods Inwards’ are unloaded and stored in the correct manner, location and all the relevant checks are carried out. Paperwork is checked and filed in the main office.
- Ensure that all ‘Goods Outwards’ are loaded in the correct manner and that all paperwork is checked, signed for before being filed in the main office.
- Knowledge of Warehousing stock and scanning systems and ensure full compliance with the stock system.
- To use GLOBE SAP WM system to create Picking Orders from various storage systems for FLT Drivers for timely assembly of outbound loads into most efficient area - docks or bays - taking into account E2E DC safety, efficiency and reliability.
- To use GLOBE SAP T2 WM system to manage workflow for trucks loading and unloading, making decisions on use of docks and bays for safest and most efficient loading and unloading (truck turnaround Vs time required for loading/unloading and put away)
- Proactively communicate with DOT and Supply Chain on DC timeliness (ahead and behind), trailer and stock availability and general situation impacting the DC operations.
- Generate and update various operational reports, proactively manage risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and to avoid impact on Customer delivery or DC timeliness and cost of operations.
- To process returns and refusals with coordination with Inventory Controller, Shift Managers and Delivery Completion Team (York).
- Ensure good communication with all the hauliers at the start & during the shift to coordinate ‘booking in’ times.
- Ensure the Warehouse and outside yard is kept clean & up-to-standard at all times.

The working pattern will be 4 on 4 off, days only.

Shift Time is 6am to 6pm

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £27,353.00 per year
