Please note, this role is mainly remote, but travel to Milton Keynes for team meetings and/or training is required. No prior experience is essential, as we will provide full training and support.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Data management experience and the ability to monitoring, cleanse and input data daily, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the customer database.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and confidently communicate with a variety of departments
- Providing prospecting support to all departments, through the efficient and accurate operation of the marketing system.
- Assist Managers in the development of existing, and the creation of new, methods of promoting the business through prospecting activity.
- Write customer contact and follow-up letters, service reminders and mailshots.
