Hybrid Customer Service Agent to Start in May

Are you recently graduated, or are you looking to progress in a customer service career? Do you like the sound of hybrid work?
Working with a central based award winning company, you will be handling customer services duties in an FTC hybrid role. You will be delivering excellent customer service, both in writing and on the phone. You will be working with multiple systems across a diverse product range.

What would benefit me?
- Hybrid work
- 3 weeks of training in office, and hybrid work
- Hours: Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours in the week, between 9am and 7pm. Every other Saturday (9am to 1pm), with a half day back in the week
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus the opportunity to buy 5 days extra holiday

Typical duties include:
- Updating systems and customer records
- Handing customer phone calls and queries
- Working quickly and efficiently in a team, to deliver excelled customer services
Salary is £23,058 (pro rata). Contract is fixed term until mid November
