**Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Administrator**:

- Updating Marketing and supporting content on service and corporate websites
- Monitoring new product releases and updating internal and external warranty documents
- Providing support to the services offered within the organisation and to market and putting in to place processes for service business opportunities in order to create revenue
- Preparing and assisting in the creation of new processes and supporting commercial activity
- Producing and updating existing and new marketing collateral (brochures, leaflets, videos etc)
- Ensuring documents and model numbers on the service website are up to date

**Key Skills of a Marketing Administrator**:

- High competency in Microsoft Office is required as well as a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, able to work as part of a team or independently
- Strong marketing focus is required
- Previous experience working in administration and marketing is preferable
- Good data analysis and data management skills to support Sales and Marketing
