**The role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Property Services Scheduler.

**Salary**: £30,000 per annum
**Location**: Office based, Monday to Friday at Atelier House, Camden,
**Contract**:6 month fixed term contract, 35 hours per week

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining all tasks, including raising repairs and maintenance jobs and requisitions, follow on works and sub-contractor works
- Inputting data into the system, actively working on CRM cases and being responsible for an effective administration contribution to enable work to be carried out in a timely and compliant manner
- Ensuring all records are always kept up to date including job details, appointments, job statuses, relevant time & dates, costs
- Phoning residents to ensure access is gained for works
- Working with emergency appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Ensuring that subcontractors are completing jobs on time, and they submit completed paperwork correctly ready for supervisor’ review and contractor payment
- Assisting in the investigation of complaints (informal and formal) and expressions of dissatisfaction with the service

**What you will need to succeed**
- Experience of working in the housing/property sector or within planned/reactive maintenance and repairs
- Good level IT skills and literacy
- A self-motivated, resilient, assertive, and confident approach
- The ability to scrutinise data and provide recommendations
- Proven experience of excellent customer service skills
