About us:
Partridge Ventilation is a leading kitchen ventilation services contractor based in the southwest but working nationally. We offer a committed and enthusiastic approach, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of commercial kitchen ventilation systems within a range of sectors.
Our Service and Maintenance Company undertake servicing of kitchen extract systems across the UK. Comprising of engineer teams travelling the UK each week.
We are offering a full-time job as Senior Administrator/Scheduler
Job holder responsibilities:
- Organising the engineer teams - issuing weekly schedules
- Preparing RAMS for site attendances where necessary
- Maintaining accurate internal stock records, ordering stock to ensure continual supply
- Liaising with independent clients to schedule cleans
- Scheduling national filter run
- Booking accommodation for engineer teams
- Attending sites where necessary
- Create good relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and answer any client questions promptly
- Certify the recording of all maintenance work reporting and photographs are completed and documented as required
- Operate and co-ordinate PRONETT Access Maintain online portal for larger clients which includes allocating jobs, scheduling jobs, filing certificates and reports and processing call outs
- Work as part of a team to deliver an efficient and effective service
- Ensure maintenance of vehicles
- Be proactive in continual improvement, assisting implementation of new job scheduling system
- Deal with all Health and Safety/PPE requirements within the team, reporting any near misses or dangerous occurrences to Senior Management Team
- Carry out such duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by the Senior Management Team
About you:
- You must have a clean driving licence to be considered for the job
- Good communication & interpersonal skills (written & verbal) with the ability to act in a professional manner, with absolute discretion
- Can demonstrate a customer focused, proactive ‘can do’ attitude, flexible approach to working and can work as part of a team
You would be given full training where necessary to undertake these tasks.
