Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and data entry
- Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with HRIS and Human Resources teams to ensure accurate employee information
- Utilise accounting software such as Workday, QuickBooks, and PeopleSoft for payroll processing
- Handle accounts payable related to payroll
- Assist in generating payroll reports for management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and data entry
- Strong analytical skills to review and analyse payroll data
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and human resources processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
