Our East Leicestershire client are keen to appoint an Accounts Administrator foe a full -term permanent position. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The main Accounts Administrator role will consist of completing the following duties, being able to distribute the monthly budget reports and resolve queries on a timely basis. Complete all Administration of all banking facilities, all debit, credit andFX cards and cash.

Assist with the purchase ledger invoice processing. Administration of all outgoing direct debits. Ensuring the posting of nominal ledger journals relating to payroll, casual drivers and special catering is updated. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliationsfor all bank and cash accounts. Plus any other duties which may reasonably be asked from time to time.
