**Job Opportunity**
This role provides a great opportunity to join a dynamic, passionate team through a time of growth for the brand and company. Working alongside the Head Office Team in Oakham you will provide book keeping and accounting support to the Financial Director.
**Hours**
Part
- time - 25 hours per week over 5 days, Monday - Friday but with a growing business this could develop into a full-time opportunity.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Purchase ledger maintenance
- processing of all approved invoices, reconciling supplier statements, posting and allocating payments.
- Preparing supplier payments as and when required.
- Whilst mainly on line B2C business some trade sales requiring management of the sales ledger including credit control.
- Ad hoc accounting support
**Person Specification**
- Numerate.
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and motivated.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word in particular).
**Required Experience**:
- Purchase ledger processing and supervision essential.
- SAGE50/200 knowledge essential.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
