**About the Position**

Duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Training and managing all bar staff ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our customers.
- Scheduling staff to meet the demands needed throughout the season.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the bars are maintained to a high 5* standard and to schedule regular cleaning of all equipment, fixtures and fittings.
- Create a friendly and vibrant atmosphere within the venues to welcome our customers and liaise with the Entertainment Manager to ensure both departments are working well together.
- To maintain all stock levels.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is happy to lead a team with great organisational skills to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the season. You will be hard working, enthusiastic and punctual and have a passion for delivering 5* customer service.
