Bar Tender

The Atlantic Hotel has a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Tender to join us for this upcoming season. You will be working normal hotel running, plus functions and parties, in our luxury 4-star hotel, surrounded by breath-taking sea views.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Running the Silks Bistro bar, delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Setting up and/or clearing down of each service and special event.
- To be approachable and personable, willing to help customers and members of staff at all times.
- Working closely with managers & supervisors regarding lunch and dinner service, drinks offers, and all special requests.
- Communicate with members of the wider Atlantic Hotel team to ensure the smooth running of all beverage operations.
- The delivery of restaurant drinks service, and room service.
- Champagne serving, Coffee making and cocktail making (training given).
- Daily use of POS system & Res Diary.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
