Bar Tender

**The Role...**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Tender to join our team.

**Key responsibilities of the Bar Tender will include**:

- Warmly welcoming guests ensuring that your voice, manner and behaviour portrays a warm, welcoming and friendly demeanour at all times
- Provide prompt and professional Food & Beverage service at all times
- Be familiar with Service Standards and monitoring adherence to these
- Deliver beautiful cocktails, consistently made to specification
- Supporting the team in a hands on approach in setting up & clearing tables
- To ensure that bar service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene, and the cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily basis
- Have previous/current experience within a similar role, working behind a bar
- Have a strong foundation on the "art of mixology" and classic cocktails
- Have a good product knowledge in all aspects of beverage (i.e. wines, spirits, beer, etc)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a friendly, bubbly, flexible attitude and have an** **infectious drive to be creative
- Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively

**Salary and Contract...**

We have a number of contract types available including zero hour and permanent, full time contracts. This role requires flexibility as the hours that are available will include working evenings, weekends, bank holidays and additional hours during our busiest times.
