We are a four star family hotel overlooking the famous Fistral Beach Hotel, home to Quiksilver Surf School.

We cater for family adventures, couples breaks or a friends surf trip, with facilities including childrens play areas, indoor swimming pool and a cinema - we have something for everyone

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- To deliver customer service to the highest standard for internal and external guests within the Hotel at any time.
- To ensure the company ethos is at the forefront of all work undertaken.
- To be responsible for the section of service you are given and as a task, completing the work to the highest standard expected.
- To ensure all our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us - we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual:

- Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards as set out for 5 star standard.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products through training and briefings.
- Make customers aware of promotions on our food and drink range through training and self-study.
- To assist in any function or events set ups in accordance with procedures.
- To carry out work for any function or event as instructed by your line manager.
- To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from customers in accordance with company policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
- To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy.
- To present the company and yourself in a professional manner at all times whilst linked to Boringdon Hall
- To maintain the highest hygiene standards in your personal presentation and manner whilst linked to Boringdon Hall.
- To ensure key legislation is complied with and followed.
- To ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally as in accordance with our policies
- To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
