Join our fabulous team at Specsavers as a Graduate Recruitment Administrator Our Graduate Recruitment & Retention team plays a pivotal role in the yearly recruitment of over 700 pre-reg Optometrists into our stores across the UK.
You’ll be at the heart of our mission, supporting students from their first year at university through to securing pre-registration placements in our stores. Once graduated, your role extends to providing essential support as they progress towards registration, working closely with our Pre-reg Academy team.
You’ll need previous high-volume administrative experience, preferably within a recruitment environment, and strong communication skills.
