We’re looking for an **Administrator** to join a national charity based in **Newcastle-under-Lyme**. This is a charity with a wealth of experience behind it and supports local communities across the UK with their ever-expanding service.

**What will you be doing as an Administrator?**
- Providing first-point contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring timely responses
- Managing the Service Director's diary, optimising time and ensuring attendance at key meetings
- Organising meetings, events, and reception, efficiently handling agendas and minutes
- Distributing written and electronic communication, disseminating information and flagging important matters
- Collaborating with senior officers and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters
- Developing and maintaining efficient office systems, data collection, and management processes
- Coordinating travel and accommodation requests for the Service Director
**What do you need?**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience within the public/private or charity sector
- Strong IT skills
- Comfortability with data entry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
