We are excited to inform you about an excellent job opportunity at our company. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Company Secretary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining company records
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Teams
- Handling basic payroll tasks (experience in payroll is a plus)
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams
- Experience in payroll (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a flexible work schedule, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week. Additionally, there is an opportunity for remote work to accommodate your preferences.
