- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Generate payroll reports for management as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar software for data management and communication
- Clerical skills to handle paperwork, filing, and record keeping
- Accurate typing and data entry skills to input payroll information efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software for payroll processing
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and phone etiquette
- Ability to work with computerized payroll systems and troubleshoot any issues
