**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Set up new rewards options in the company system
- Conducting market research to identify new retailers and trends in the industry
- Contact retailers and collect information about their gift cards
- Present your research findings
- Liaise with suppliers/partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
- Collaborating with internal teams to support the day to day running of the business
- Minimum 1 year experience working in an office environment, ideally on an operational role
- IT literate - Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
- A higher education degree is preferable
- Additional languages would be a bonus
- Self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
