An opportunity has arisen for an experienced,efficient and proactive Administrator to join our Community Paediatrics Department in Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT).

Our Community Paediatrics service strives to provide high quality, evidence based, flexible and integrated services to children and young people with developmental and/or complex health needs and their families.

The service is formed of two localities - North (Dartford, Gravesend and Swanley) and West Kent (Maidstone, Malling, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook). The Central referrals and appointments team accepts referrals Paediatric services including ASD, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental issues from the GP, Education (including special schools) and other health care providers.

You will ensure the team operates effectively by undertaking comprehensive administrative tasks, such as handling team correspondence, formatting medical reports, scheduling appointments, clinics, processing new referrals and minuting meetings, managing agendas, diary management for the team, task related problem solving, maintaining stock of equipment and supplies and completion of standard forms, surveys and audits.

In addition, you will provide assurance of compliance with Information Governance policy and Standard Operating Procedures through maintaining patient records and or colleague records organisational reports in an accurate and efficient manner.
