**Position: Senior Therapeutic Childcare Worker**

**Requirements**:

- Must have Level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People, Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or an equivalent qualification.
- Alternatively, you should be working towards one of these qualifications with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a children's home.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for therapeutic care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and support to the childcare team.
- Ensure high standards of care and therapeutic support are maintained.
- Develop and implement individual care plans for children and young people.
- Promote a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals to support the needs of the children.

Pay: £33,423.00-£34,000.00 per hour
