As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker at Esland Care, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for our young residents. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting the physical, emotional, and educational well-being of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contributing to the creation of a safe and supportive living environment
  • Participating in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practice
  • Full driving license issued in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's therapeutic approach to childcare
  • Age 21 or above
