We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to our young people.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our young people. As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support and care to our young people, including daily living skills, education, and socialization
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Supporting our young people to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Contributing to a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our young people
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above
