Internal Sales Executive

This team in Erdington is a small team but has a friendly, collaborative environment and is growing.

Within this role you will be involved in speaking to customers about products ranging from £500-£40K.
You will be responsible for both reactive and proactive sales work with 60% being reactive to current accounts and 40% chasing new business leads

Basic salary = £25,000 per annum
Bonus = Approximately £2-3,000 per annum in your first year
Hours = Mon-Fri 08:30am-5:00pm

**Duties include**:

- Outgoing Sales calls B2B
- Coordinate and chase-up inquiries
- Deal with ongoing sales and projects
- Customer and Supplier liaison
- Liaison and assist Area sales managers and agents
- Technical assistance and advice to customers
- Will have previous internal sales, account manager, sales executive or customer service experience along with processing orders and/or quotes for customers
- Responsible, trustworthy and well-organized
- Attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner,
- Happy when working to deadlines.
