**JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales & Admin Co-Ordinator (Permanent)**
Reporting to: Regional Account Manager
Location of the role: Hampsthwaite
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent, 8am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Northern Energy is a family friendly company based in Hampsthwaite, a small village just outside of Harrogate. Our aim is to serve local communities in the North of England with domestic, commercial, and agricultural oil and LPG. In addition, we offer various services, which complement our business. **Role Objectives**:
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Depot 340 supporting the Regional Account Manager. Being responsible for all administrative and sales responsibilities required to maintain the success and build on the success of this already established business. At the same time, working as part of the LPG team maintaining our establish high level of customer service, building on the continued success of the Company.
Main Responsibilities:
- To work through the 340-prospect database ensuring all relevant information regarding the LPG prospect is gathered and future calls booked in line with contract end dates and set requirements, dealing with all new incoming leads, working towards exceeding sales targets.
- To learn the technical specifications relevant to identify a compliant installation, which is important when taking on new customers.
- To manage the day-to-day administrative activities, dealing with all customer queries to a satisfactory conclusion, within the set time scale, maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring we are meeting our customers' expectations for customers across all depots.
- To assist with the contract renewal process for 340 customers, when necessary negotiating deals which achieve our margin targets, maintaining customer retention.
- Managing the day to day requirements of the Adlington Account, ensuring all new accounts are set up with the required site and key data ensuring all deliveries are scheduled to meet the demands of the customer.
- Ultimately being able to manage the day-to-day processes for the business to cover annual leave.

**Pay and Benefits**
- Salary £28,000 plus uncapped commission
- 4 additional “Energy” payments of £600 per quarter to help with fuel
