**Admin Assistant**

We also work closely with each customer, to help them find the optimum solutions that match their technical and commercial specification.
Customer service, proactivity and excellent communication are therefore core to everything that we do.
- Answer incoming calls to the business.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) on Sage software.
- Check and sign Proforma Invoices (PIs) ensuring accuracy with purchase agreements.
- Liaise proactively and efficiently with suppliers and address and document any issues that may arise.
- Dealing with various information requests from couriers.
- Inform the sales team and/or customers about product arrival timelines and any relevant updates.
- Maintain a detailed delivery schedule for the warehouse.
- Process orders from large repeat customers.
- Manage and expedite customer order lists.
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date.
- Work with ISO provider to keep all records up to date.
- Assist with various tasks related to other areas of the business as required, or to provide holiday cover.
You must be able to show that you can multitask and prioritise activities, while managing your time properly and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Demonstrating your ability to work as part of a small team, with a proactive approach is essential, with the desire to succeed to your highest ability.
You will need to have excellent written and verbal English language communication skills. Experience using Office 365, Sage and CRM systems is preferred, however not essential as full training will be provided.
