The Assistant Programme Manager will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of Development and Support Programmes and hold responsibility of communicating with the stakeholders.

The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Leeds city centre.

**Description**

The key responsbilities of the Assistant Programme Manager are:
? Lead the delivery of Leadership and Development Programmes providing day-to-day responsibility for programme reporting, communications and liaison with suppliers of training and development

? Hold responsibility for stakeholder communications

? Support the development of the Development and Support programmes

? Provide data and reports to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of the Development and Support programmes and make suggestions for further improvement and enhancement

? Provide ad hoc support for the delivery of other Development and Support Programmes

? Lead in the development of the agenda of relevant steering groups and contract management meetings and provide secretariat support

? Deliver further development and expansion of the Development and Support programmes to support key stakeholder groups and special interest groups

**Profile**

The successful Assistant Programme Manager will be:
Experience in the delivery of leadership programmes

Experience in leadership development programme evaluation and how to identify return on investment

Well-developed presentation skills and report writing, able to convey complex information

Experience of working on complex, wide-ranging, time-critical projects and effectively managing the associated workload

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively as an advocate for health and social care services research and development
