Customer Reception, Administrator and General

The role is a job share position with the number of days negotiable and variable,2-3 days per week. Ideally, we are looking for a min of 2 Saturdays per month together with Holiday Cover and additional hours during the week when required for events. Our working week is Monday to Saturday 8.30-5.00 with 30min break.
This is a customer facing role where our luxury brand guests demand a high level and professional service.
Typical duties:
- Take incoming calls.
- Dealing with customer queries and problem solving.
- Managing the guest diary and bookings on Google Docs.
- Deal with customer booking questions and queries.
- Check/book in guests arriving for morning and afternoon drives.
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive in the car park.
- Take bookings for JLR guests and input details in our various systems.
- Reactive sales of Gift Vouchers to enquiring customer.
- Serving pre-prepared guest lunches.
- Helping to manage/serve Corporate Event/Conference room guests F&B
- Maintaining Coffee Machine and keeping cups supplied and tidy.
- Shop/Merchandise sales, reactive and proactive.
- Maintaining a clear and clean environment.
- Weekly cleaning schedule of the centre.
- Managing and maintaining instructor schedules.
- Proactive outbound calls to guests to assist them to make their complimentary bookings.
We offer a competitive day rate reviewable after successful probation period with 28 days Holiday (Pro-Rata).
We are based just outside Honiton with ample parking and a brand new reception and conferencing facility. This is an exciting time to join a luxury brand as the business grows.
