**The Opportunity**:
Are you an exceptional Administrator with great IT skills and would like to work in an exciting team environment. If you enjoy a busy office, and are happy speaking to people on the phone, juggling administrative tasks, working with IT systems and data then this could be the perfect job for you. If you are interested in a career within procurement / buying, then this could also be the start you need. BUT equally, if you're after an admin role but like the thought of doing something 'a bit different' then that's fine too.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to key functions within the Procurement Department. This includes, but is not limited to:
Expedite the delivery of goods and services
Engage with the supply chain to obtain quotes and minimise the cost of goods/ services and meet company-wide cost saving targets that are defined by the objectives/projects and highlight any potential variation from the standard to line
- or project manager whilst ensuring conformance to the requirements of the contractual flowdowns
Monitor vendor performance and recommend necessary actions to improve performance
Develop and maintain working relationship with customers on matters relating to concessions, equivalents, delivery schedules and vendor problems
Gain awareness of market trends of new products and technologies
Resolve any invoice queries
Interrogate the business data analytics system and create associate reports. Skills Required:
Able to work as part of a team, communicates honestly, openly and positively.
Equally able to work on your own initiative and maintain your own motivation.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and generally computer literate and able to adapt to different software etc.
Good information recording. Able to resolve basic computer problems with mínimal help. Associated Benefits:
